According to USA Today and the CDC, suicide is on the rise all across America and is the SECOND leading cause of death for teens.
But there is HOPE!
On Saturday, February 2, Stockbridge Community Church will be hosting a Suicide Prevention Seminar conducted by US Army Chaplain, Dr. Kenneth Koon.
This event is open to ALL, ages 16 and up, and will teach attendees the warning signs to look for in people who may be contemplating suicide, how to listen to them, and how to help lead them away from the tempting grip of suicidal thought.
This seminar is FREE and includes a FREE LUNCH!
Licensed Counselors and Law Enforcement Personnel receive 5 HOURS of CE Credit for attending this seminar!
